Tech-enabled Pedagogy
At Karmaveer Vyankatrao Tanaji Randhir CBSE School, Shirpur we recognise that it is almost impossible to survive the working world without technology. We have successfully integrated technology with learning to keep students engaged and focused. Our faculty is not limited to only textbooks and by using interactive teaching resources, the learning environment has become more hands-on. Technology in education helps our students to adjust to their own pace of learning and teachers also form support groups for students who need more individual attention.
Experiential Learning
In today’s dynamic and ever-changing world, soft skills like adaptability and empathy are very important. With experiential learning, our students learn to create knowledge through transformation of experience. Hands-on tasks give them an opportunity to reflect, solve problems, and become more creative. Our experiential lessons are designed to enhance the emotional skills of students while improving their attitude towards learning. As students engage in hands-on tasks, a very valuable part of their learning is the application of concrete experiences to abstract concepts and their outcome.
Art Integration
As per CBSE norms, we have art integrated classes from Grade 1 to Grade 10. Our art integrated curriculum not only helps students strengthen their understanding of core subjects, but concurrently fosters appreciation and understanding of the fine arts. We give our students opportunities to draw, paint, sketch, sing, play instruments, dance and explore other forms of art, thereby honing their skills and strengths. This broadens their learning experience across the curriculum. Our art integrated approach helps to develop communication and social skills.
